Care and maintenance of the crusher

1, Starting feed after the proper operation of crusher.

2, The materials should be feeded into crushing intracavity well-distributed, should avoid the side feeding or fully feeding, to prevent unilateral overload or overload.

3, In normal circumstances, the bearing’s temperature rise should not exceed 35 ℃, the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ℃, if exceed 70 ℃should be immediately shut down, identify the causes and eliminate them.

4, When stop, fistly should stop feeding , after the work material in the crushing intracavity completely discharged, the motor can be shut down.

5, in broken, if the material obstruction cause shut down in the crushing intracavity, immediately ,shut down the motors, and before starting again the materials must be cleared.
