Our company has been specialized in food wastes recycling research for many years. Finally, we developed out a new type air-swept drying technology for drying protein mulberry. Air-swept dryer adopts most advanced drying technology which can be used to deal with almost any kinds of materials, from low-solid content pulp to moist powder. Materials’ routine in dryer can be controlled. Therefore, air-swept dryer can be used to produce dry powder or moist pellets. There are individual units which can control drying speed. Central retention zone decides residual moisture and physical size of final products. According to feedbacks of our engineers at site, air swept dryer holds very good drying effect.  Customer’s raw materials are food wastes. After relevant test, the moisture of raw materials is about 60%. According to customer’s requests, the final moisture should be reduced to about 13%. Daily handling capacity is 20 tons. After drying, customer want to make food wastes into fish food. Zhengzhou Taida customized a set of professional food wastes drying&recycling system.
