We are from a famous solar battery panel manufacturing factory. During the pre-process of solar battery, there will be certain amount of silicon sludge produced every day. If these silicon sludge are sent to waste disposal landfill, it will cause a waste of useful resources in sludge. Singapore government attaches much importance to environmental protection. In order to realize effective utilization of resources, we want to reduce the moisture of silicon sludge and recycle useful resources in sludge. After drying, we will send these dried sludge to recovery plants for recycling silicon raw materials. Common air drying method is not very efficient. Therefore, we want to realize our final aim by using advanced and efficient dryer. Because it is the first contact with relevant drying equipment, we have no much knowledge about drying process. In order to know specific sludge drying principle, we come to Zhengzhou city, Henan Province to investigate sludge drying machine. We are deeply attracted by hospitality of Henan people.   Through previous communication, we have a basic command of customer’s demand. Common dryer cannot meet high output production aim. By air drying, final products always absorb moisture in air. Air drying effect is not so good. After fully understanding customer’s requests, we choose our new type air swept dryer which is specially designed for drying various sludge.
