Product Introduction
Tube bundle indirect heating dryer is a kind of indirect heating dryer which can carry out both concurrent drying and reverse-current drying process. At present, it is one of most advanced drying machines applied to majority of countries. Taking advantage of thermal conduction and thermal radiation, heat will be transferred by heat exchanger’s wall to materials in the other end. Through stir and push of forklift on tube, materials will move forward to discharging end from feeding end. Vaporized water will be discharged naturally or by fan. Drying process will be finished.
Product Superiority
Low thermal consumption, wide range of materials can be dried, high output capacity, large moisture evaporation; can be used to dry materials with high moisture. Good drying flexibility (material’s retention time can be adjusted according to moisture requests). This drying system can carry out both continuous production and intermittent production. Raw materials are dried in a negative-pressure state. Operation environment holds no pollution and low noise. Owing to less auxiliary equipment in the production line, the system occupied much less area.
Working Principle
Tube bundle dryer achieves good evaporation effect by making use of hot tube bundle heat exchanger which rotates slowly. It is a kind of indirect dryer. Heating tubes are fixed at dryer’s cylinder. Steam will enter tube through rotating joint and be discharged after becoming condensation water. Moisture in raw materials will be exhausted out by dehumidifier fan. Materials will be lifted by rotary forks set on tube bundles. Then, materials will flow down evenly on outer surface of heating pipe. Then, materials will be driven to discharge outlet and dried.
