Comparison between TDMED Dryer and TDOSC Sludge Dryer

After years’ research and development, Zhengzhou Taida holds very rich experience over various sludge disposal. At present, Zhengzhou Taida Company have two complete series sludge drying machine, TDMED and TDOSC series.
TDMED series is a kind of common rotary drum type sludge dryer, which has been widely applied to customers from all over the world. It adopts counter-flow drying mode. It can reduce the moisture of raw material to below 5% while heat source is set at discharging part. But owing to technology limit, rotary drum dryer cannot guarantee final complete dry powder state.
TDOSC series is a new type drying machine which is newly developed by Taida technical department. As for outer appearance, its outer appearance is also rotary drum type. But, owing to special internal design, it can realize high output capacity with very small body. Therefore, customers who has limited space always prefer to choose TDOSC dryer.
With continuous innovation, Taida’s machine has been successfully applied to customers from all over the world. In order to present real high drying efficiency, we set one small-scale test running line for TDOSC dryer. Customers can send materials to our factory for pilot run.
